1. Use of Website

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website.

1.2. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.4. Website Languages

• This website is available in multiple languages including English, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese.
• While we strive for accuracy in all translations, the Korean version of these Terms shall be the controlling version in case of any discrepancies
• We do not guarantee the availability of all content in all languages at all times
• Users may select their preferred language through the language selector on the website

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. The content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and videos, is the property of BASI Pilates or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

2.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or transmit any of the content on the Website without the prior written consent of BASI Pilates.

2.3. BASI methodology and related training materials are proprietary to BASI Pilates and protected by intellectual property laws.

3. Services and Programs

3.1. Program Fees and Payment

• Mat Program tuition: $1,375 USD
• Comprehensive Global Program tuition: $5,000 USD
• All programs require a $500 deposit at enrollment
• Remaining tuition is due 14 business days before program start
• Additional fees apply for BASI Interactive subscription and testing

3.2. Refund Policy

• Administration Fee ($100) is non-refundable
• Full refund minus Administration Fee for cancellations 30+ days before start
• Only Administration Fee and Deposit ($500 total) withheld if cancelled <30 days before start
• No refunds after program commencement
• Testing and Auditing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable

3.3. Transfer Policy

• Paid amounts may be transferred to another qualifying BASI program
• Transfer must be used within one year of initial application
• Unused transfers forfeit all paid amounts

4. Liability and Disclaimers

4.1. Affiliate Studios

• BASI Pilates Asia assumes no responsibility for disputes between users and affiliate studios
• Users engage with affiliate studios at their own risk
• BASI Pilates Asia is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred at affiliate studios

4.2. Website Accessibility

• We strive to maintain website accessibility but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues
• We are not liable for any losses due to website unavailability

5. Third-Party Links

5.1. Our website contains links to BASI Pilates USA (https://www.basipilates.com/) and other third-party websites

5.2. We are not responsible for the content or practices of linked websites

5.3. Program registrations are processed through BASI Pilates USA’s system under their terms

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BASI Pilates Asia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Website.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea.

7.2. In the event of any legal dispute arising from the use of the service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. BASI Pilates Asia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time

8.2. Changes are effective immediately upon posting 8.3. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
